Operators can now see a live preview, inside the GridVue software, of whatever is currently displayed on the video wall. There's no need to walk up to the wall or switch to a separate feed to check what's live — it's visible right from the interface.
Through SoftKVM, operators can go beyond just viewing and directly interact with whatever is on screen — clicking, scrolling, and navigating dashboards live, straight from the GridVue interface.
2. GVBrowser — A Lightweight Browser Built for Video Walls
GridVue now includes GVBrowser, a lightweight, purpose-built browser designed to reduce the resource overhead of running multiple web sources across a video wall system.
Auto-refresh, built in
GVBrowser supports configurable auto-refresh per source, so dashboards, web pages, and monitoring tools stay current on the wall without manual intervention.
Sessions that actually stay logged in
Website sessions are preserved according to each site's own session settings. Log in once, and GVBrowser keeps that session active on future visits — you won't be logged out unless the website itself ends the session.

3. Persistent Sessions Across Layout Changes
The same session-persistence approach used in GVBrowser has been extended to standard Chrome browser sources as well, so logins can now be managed consistently across other systems too.
The problem this solves
Previously, changing a video wall layout could reset the browser sources on it — clearing logins and any in-page changes an operator had made. In a busy NOC, that meant re-authenticating and re-configuring dashboards every time the layout changed.
How it works now
GridVue preserves the session state through layout changes, so logins and in-page changes remain intact no matter how often the wall is reconfigured.
4. AES-256 Encryption & Security Improvements
This release brings GridVue's data protection in line with current industry best practice, with AES-256-bit encryption now applied across the platform.
